Dental Marketing Online runs Google Ads management for dental clinics that want more calls, messages and booked consultations from patients who are already searching for treatment. We build the campaigns, track every call, form and WhatsApp enquiry, and report in plain numbers. Google Ads is one of our three channels, alongside Google Business Profile and SEO.
Your work is led by Santosh Prasad, who has worked with dental clinics on Google Ads, Google Business Profile and SEO for 5 years.
Google Ads management for dental clinics from Dental Marketing Online means we build, run and report on your Google search campaigns, so patients searching for treatment call, message or book. You pay ad spend to Google and a separate management fee to us. We do not guarantee leads or rankings.
Google Ads management for dental clinics is the work of planning, building and running the paid search campaigns that appear when someone types something like "dentist near me", "dental implants cost" or "root canal treatment" into Google. It covers keyword choice, ad writing, budgets, tracking, the page patients land on, and the weekly changes that keep the account efficient.
It is different from boosting a social post, which shows your clinic to people who were not looking for a dentist. It is also different from SEO for dental clinics, which builds organic visibility over months and works well alongside ads. Doing it yourself is possible, but most clinic owners and front-desk teams do not have the hours to review search terms every week. An in-house marketer costs a salary before a single ad runs.
Ads work best when your Google Business Profile (GMB) is also set up properly, because patients compare both before they call. Our guide on Google Ads vs SEO for dentists explains how the channels fit together.
Not sure which side you are on? We will tell you honestly after looking at your clinic.
Most wasted spend comes from a short list of avoidable problems:
Ads show for searches like "dentist jobs", "dental college" or "free dental camp", and each click costs money.
A patient searching for implants lands on a general page and leaves. A page built around one treatment converts better.
A click is not an enquiry. Without call, form and WhatsApp tracking, you cannot tell what is working.
Even a well-run account fails if missed calls are not returned the same day. We show you the data so you can fix it.
Two standard packages, plus a custom option for groups. Ad spend is always separate and paid by you directly to Google.
For a single clinic starting with its main treatments.
For clinics running more treatments or testing new pages.
For groups and clinics with several branches.
Want the right package recommended for your clinic, not the most expensive one?
We review your existing account, website, Google Business Profile and how your team handles enquiries. You get a written summary of what to fix first.
We set up call, form and WhatsApp tracking before any budget is spent, so every lead is counted from day one.
Campaigns are built around treatments, not keywords in bulk: one group per treatment, tight keywords, negative keywords and ad text you approve.
We launch with a controlled budget and watch the first search terms closely, adding negatives and pausing weak ads quickly.
Every week we review search terms, bids and landing pages. Every month you receive a report and a call to decide what to scale or stop.
You pay two separate things: a management fee to Dental Marketing Online, and ad spend to Google. The fee covers the work. The ad spend is what Google charges for clicks, and it goes straight from your card to Google.
| Item | Amount | Who you pay |
|---|---|---|
| One-time setup fee | ₹10,000 | Dental Marketing Online |
| Starter management fee | ₹15,000 a month | Dental Marketing Online |
| Growth management fee | ₹25,000 a month | Dental Marketing Online |
| Recommended minimum ad spend | ₹30,000 a month |
All fees are plus GST. The recommended ad spend is our guideline, not a Google rule. It exists so the account gets enough data to improve.
Ad spend depends on how many clinics bid on the same searches in your city, the treatments you promote (implants cost more per click than check-ups), and the quality of your landing page. The management fee depends on the number of treatments, the number of branches and how often you want reporting.
Want a cost estimate for your clinic?
We track three kinds of enquiry separately, so you can see which ones become patients. Setup uses Google tag and event tracking; our guide explains how to track calls and WhatsApp from Google Ads.
| Lead type | What counts |
|---|---|
| Phone call | A call from an ad that lasts at least 30 seconds |
| Form | A completed enquiry form on your landing page |
| A conversation started from your ad or landing page | |
| Booked appointment | Counted only when your front desk confirms the booking |
Your report shows leads by type, cost per lead, the search terms that triggered your ads and what we changed that month. It does not count clicks as leads. Read more about what counts as a lead for a dental clinic.
Clinic advertising is bound by Google's advertising policies for healthcare and by the rules that apply to dentists in India, including Dental Council of India ethics rules and ASCI guidelines. We write ads with these in mind. We do not use patient photos, patient names or before-and-after images, and we avoid wording such as "best", "number one" or "guaranteed" in your ads.
We cannot approve your clinic's advertising on its behalf. Each clinic should confirm its own position under the rules that apply to it. Our guide on dental advertising rules in India explains the common issues.
Send us your clinic name and city on WhatsApp, or call. We look at your Google Ads account (or tell you what to build if you do not have one), your Google Business Profile, your landing page and how enquiries are handled, then reply with what we would change first.
Audit, access, tracking setup and treatment priorities agreed.
Campaigns built and launched. Daily checks of search terms in the first fortnight.
Negative keywords, ad text and landing page changes based on real search data.
First full review of leads by type and cost, then a decision on scaling, narrowing or pausing.
Most accounts need 4 to 8 weeks of data before they are properly tuned, so we judge results over 90 days, not the first week.
We advise against starting, or ask you to wait, in these situations:
If you cannot fund the recommended ad spend, ads rarely collect enough data. We would suggest fixing your Google Business Profile first.
If calls go unanswered, more leads just means more missed calls. We would fix that before spending on ads.
If your site is slow or broken on mobile, we will tell you what to fix, or build a single treatment page first.
We do not promise ranking or patient numbers, and we will not run ads that break clinic advertising rules.
We do not publish round numbers or unlabelled percentages. When we share a client result, it comes with the client's written consent, the period, the ad spend where relevant, what counted as a lead and where the data came from. Until a case study meets that standard, we do not publish it.
What you can expect to see from us:
We measure leads, not clicks, and we keep the ad account in your name, so the data, history and campaigns stay with your clinic.
Founder, Dental Marketing Online. Works on Google Ads, Google Business Profile and SEO for dental clinics, and reviews each clinic's plan personally.
We work only with dental clinics, so keywords, ad text and landing pages are built around dental treatments and how patients search for them.
The ad account is in your name, and you can see everything in it at any time.
Leads by type and cost per lead, in a report you can read in five minutes.
If ads are not right for your clinic yet, we will say so and tell you what to do first.
Want to see how your clinic compares before you decide?
We manage Google Ads, Google Business Profiles and SEO for dental clinics across India, remotely. We do not claim a local office in any city.

It depends on your city, the treatments you promote and how many clinics bid on the same searches. For most clinics we recommend an ad budget of at least ₹30,000 a month so there is enough data to improve the campaigns. Below that, we usually advise waiting or starting with a narrower plan. Ad spend is paid directly to Google and is separate from our management fee.
Ads usually go live within 7 to 14 days of the audit and tracking setup, and enquiries can start in the first weeks. Most accounts need 4 to 8 weeks of data before search terms, bids and ads are tuned properly, so judge results over at least 90 days rather than the first week.
We count three types separately: phone calls that last at least 30 seconds, completed enquiry forms and WhatsApp conversations started from your ad or landing page. A booked appointment is counted only when your front desk confirms it. We report these separately, so you can see which ones turn into patients.
No. Nobody can guarantee leads, rankings or patient numbers from Google Ads, because results depend on your city, budget, competition, website and how quickly your team answers calls. We commit to the process: clear tracking, honest reporting and regular changes based on the data.
You do. We set up the account in your name, or ask for access to your existing one, so you keep the data and the history if we ever stop working together.
There is an initial 90-day setup and optimisation period. After that, the service continues month to month, and you can stop with 30 days notice.
No. We do not use patient photos, patient names or before-and-after images in ads. We write ads about the treatment and the clinic, and avoid claims that clinic advertising rules do not allow. Your clinic should confirm its own position under the rules that apply to it.
Yes. Single-doctor clinics usually start with one campaign set for their main treatments. Groups with several locations get separate campaigns and tracking for each branch, so you can see which location produces which enquiries.
